All Tinker Blue creations are one of a kind and hand made, therefore all sales are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully.

While we do our best to carefully wrap and package your items, we realise that accidents do happen. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged please get in contact at hello@tinkerblue.com.au with all details and images so we can organise a refund.

Shipping

Tinker Blue currently only ships domestically within Australia. All orders are sent with Australia Post, we charge a flat rate of $15 for regular post which takes between 1 to 5 business days to arrive. We do aim to dispatch your items as soon as possible, however please allow one week between the date you purchase and shipping.

Ceramic Care

All of Tinker Blue ceramics are made using non toxic clays and food safe glazes. All items are microwave and dishwasher safe unless decorated with a gold lustre. However hand washing is recommended to look after the piece.

Tinker Blue ceramics are all handmade and hand painted from start to finish, therefore there will be slight differences and variations from piece to piece, no two items are exactly the same which adds to its uniqueness and individuality.
